    Lifting, moving, picking up! Hanging up banners, getting the circus ready for the show!
  2. Special Event Activity Coordination

    Assists the expected entertainers with all of their requests
  3. Information and Direction Committee

    Knows where, when, who, and what. Moves around to be ready to assist all visitors and participants.
  4. Food and Beverage Committee

    ?

    Coordinates the replenishment of breakfast, snack items, and water. Monitor stations, assures sanitary food conditions and disposal of soiled items.
  5. Decoration and Fanfare

    ?

    Identifies locations for decorative items and safely secures them. During event spends time cheering on the participants, monitoring the decorations, and after the event winds down locates and removes the items to be secured for storage or disposal.
  6. Project Managers

    ?

    Are you experienced at leading an aspect of an event? We would love to speak with you. There are several opportunities to help us orchestrate the successful kickoff of Candy's Circus Event.
  7. Social Media and Event Announcers

    ?

    We need you! Spread the word about the event! Share our link, tell friends and family. We would love to have helpers post updates, hang up posters, hand out flyers, organize a team of runners or walkers to attend. Spectators are encouraged to attend and cheer on the participants!
